Welcome to barrosperez arqs. , a space where innovation and creativity come together to bring architectural projects to life that not only aim meeting the expectations of our clients, but also exceeding them.

Founded in 2004 by Architect Antonio Gerardo Barros Perez , our studio has traversed through differents stages and evolved towards a comprehensive concept of design and architecture.

In our begginnings, we acquired the necessary knowledge for commercial projects and construction management, -deparment stores, supermarkets, gastronomic venues- as demanded by the market. We learned to deal with the challenges inherent to the sector, such as large areas, parking lots, innovative layout designs, scarce time for planning and executing these works.

Thus, we developed new concepts, Imagen manuals, brand design, color palettes, institutional material catalogs, furniture desing,  for which we partnered with marketing and advertising agencies experiencied in the retail business.

From 2009 we were called upon for a new challenge, Urban Residential Housing , we ventured into a new field that included the development of all steps, form purchasing the land to delivering the aparments to the users.

Approval Management, Project, Management and Construction, Commercialization , and even the After-Sales service of the units.

The entire process was managed by the studio, we compiled our own list of contractors and suppliers with whom we have sucessfully completed many square meters for our clients.

It has been a process with a lot of learning, with excellent results and satisfied clients.

The same occurred from 2010 with the design and construction of Single-Family Residences in the suburban area of Buenos Aires in multiple “Private Neighborhoods”.  There were the dreams and needs of young families with little children who were looking for more space and a better quality of life.

We created very varied spaces for different types of homes and families, quality, comfort, good lighting, noble and low-maintenance materials were the requirements of our clients.

Beyond this summary we continue to grow and develop new design tactics, incorporating new technologies to the studio, experimenting with new materials that somehow renew the art of projecting and building.

The challenge, ultimately, is to create architecture that respects the tradition of the fine art of building, that takes care of our environment and nature without losing the essence of this beautiful profession.

Welcome to good architecture.
